She was predeceased by her former husband, Bruce Merchant. Wardwell, 69, passed away peacefully Tuesday Oct. She leaves behind a son, Ty Austin Merchant and his wife, Sarah Merchant her mother and stepfather, Mary and David Webster father and stepmother, Ray and Debbie Pete mother-in-law, Ella, who was like a mother to her sisters, Misti Leathers and Jasmine Johnson brother, Raymond Pete several nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles and a special friend, Darren Whitney of Winter Harbor. Melissa was married to Bruce Merchant on June 17, 2018. She loved being on the boat and spending time with her dog, Bella, who will miss her very much. Melissa was a kind and caring person with a very free spirit. She was born in Bangor on November 29, 1978, to Ray A. Renee is survived by her parents, Leon Lee Lich. Renee will be missed and forever loved by many. A wonderful and talented cook, Joanna will be remembered for her amazing whoopie pies and other baked treats. Joanna enjoyed visiting her camp at Abol where she hosted many barbecues, made snowmobile and four wheeler trips, and fed the deer. She loved all things outdoors - hunting, fishing, boating, as well. Joanna grew up in Millinocket, and was a graduate of Stearns High School, class of 1990. She was born Octoin Millinocket, the daughter of Richard McInnis and Helen Montgomery. She made many happy memories playing pool with her pool buddies, and enjoying walks, runs, and hikes in the area. Millinocket - Joanna Berry, 50, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. She had a deep appreciation for watching her "Lake Sunrise." Joanna especially loved spending time with her husband, her two children, of whom she was deeply proud, her furry feline "kids," and loved being "Mimi" to Elijah and Harper. Joanna was very proud of her house on South Twin Lake and enjoyed keeping it neat and organized.
